The terms Eldon is used on.
Last updated 23 October 2026.
The agreement
These terms are between Eldon (“we”) and the agency, landlord or individual who opens a workspace (“you”). Opening a workspace or accepting an invitation to one means you accept them.
The service
Eldon gives you a workspace to run lettings, sales and property management: records, documents, messaging, listing publication, compliance timers, invoicing and AI assistance. Features marked alpha may change or be withdrawn. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise it.
Your account and your team
You are responsible for the people you invite, for what they do in your workspace, and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at privacy@eldon.app if you think an account has been misused.
Your data
The records you put into Eldon are yours. You are the data controller for the people in them and you confirm you have the right to hold and process their data. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms as the data processing agreement between us.
Messaging
When you connect WhatsApp, email or a phone system, you agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and policies and to your provider’s terms, and you are responsible for messaging people lawfully. Eldon sends only the messages you or your automations instruct it to send, within the limits those policies set.
AI drafts
Eldon’s drafts, triage and summaries are suggestions. Check them before you rely on them. They are not legal, financial or surveying advice, and the compliance features describe the rules as we understand them without replacing your own professional judgement.
Fees
Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Fees are payable monthly in advance and metered items, such as WhatsApp template messages or Studio work, are billed as used. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Eldon to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to hold data you have no right to, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it without our agreement.
Ending the agreement
You can close your workspace at any time; export your records first. We can suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. After closure, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data that proper backups would have prevented.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
