How to have your data deleted.

If you have an Eldon account
- Sign in and open Settings › Account.
- Delete your account. Your profile and workspace membership go immediately.
- A workspace owner can close the whole workspace from Settings › Workspace; its records are deleted within 30 days.
If your data is held by an agency or landlord using Eldon
Tenants, applicants, landlords and contractors whose details sit inside a workspace should ask that agency or landlord, who controls those records. If you do not know who holds them, write to privacy@eldon.app with the name and phone number or email address they would have for you, and we will find the workspace and pass the request on.
If you connected WhatsApp through Meta
Disconnecting WhatsApp in Settings › WhatsApp removes the sender from Eldon and stops all messaging. The stored WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers are deleted with the workspace. To have them and the message history deleted sooner, email privacy@eldon.app from the workspace owner’s address.
Anything else
Email privacy@eldon.app with the word “Delete” in the subject. We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, telling you when it is done. Copies in backups roll off within 90 days.
